NYPOSTLeona Hemsley's will leaves $12 million to her dog. Not much else for her grandchildren. Helmsley, the self-styled hotel queen, whose prison term for income tax evasion and fraud was greeted with uncommon approval by a public who had grown to regard her as a 1980s symbol of arrogance and greed, died on Aug. 20 of heart failure at her summer home in Greenwich, Conn, She was 87.
